In the Star Wars universe, why didn't Darth Vader ever change his suit? We know from the Rise and Fall of Darth Vader that his suit put him in a world of agonizing pain, so why wouldn't he just switch out of it to something new and efficient? This could have been done immediately after Revenge of the Sith with Anakin's failure to beat Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar...or in Return of the Jedi even...so why didn't he?
