Charger not delivering full current? Here's why
Have you found that your lithium battery charger doesn't always charge at the current you have set? That is probably because you are reaching the power-limit that all chargers have. Hopefully this video explains what's going on and shows the benefit of getting a charger that has a suitably high power rating for the batteries you use.
