Avengers Infinity War has hit theaters and we’re all emotionally destroyed. We’ve lost quite a few of our heroes thanks to Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet, but there’s one infinity stone that still confuses us: The Soul Stone. What does the Soul Stone do, exactly? Why did Thanos have to kill Gamora in order to obtain it? What was the reflecting pool scene between baby Gamora and Thanos? What are the abilities of the Soul Stone? Well normally in the comics, the Soul Gem can tap into all souls, living or dead, and control them. Normally the Red Skull is not the keeper of the stone, but I believe he is a stand-in for Mistress Death possibly? There’s a lot more to it so let’s discuss!
