The Mercury quadcopter frame from Atomic Aviation takes an uncommon approach to quadcopter frame design. Instead of carbon fiber plates, they use interlocking G10 panels to create a shell that can be strong in all dimensions, compared to carbon fiber which is mostly strong in one dimension.
