Originally we thought it was because of blisters, but Haglund's Deformity also fits in as a logical explanation, but then the holes went away completely, or did they! We now have great pictures of some custom Vapor 11s made for Coutinho by Nike, revealing that the holes are still there, but Nike is trying to hide them!
