Homemade Gata Recipe.
Ingredients:
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
4 oz (113g) Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners sugar)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tsp Yeast (Instant)
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg (Powder)
1/2 Tsp Ground Cardamom
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
