- This tutorial is an overview on how to make Snow Chains for your Radio Controlled vehicle - whether it be a Car, Truck, Buggy, or other. Winter time is quickly approaching, and folks are getting ready to pack it in for the year. NO NEED! This simple, CHEAP way to build your own tire chains is made really simple in this video.. and is very straight forward. Hopefully, now that you have seen this video - you can make some for your Scale 4X4 RC and get out to have some fun.
Even in the Spring / Summer - these tire mods will help you on the Hill Climbs, Trails, and out in the streams! Great for crawling along the ponds for extra traction!
Now that you know HOW to do this, please be responsible with the way you use it! I use these chains on SLOW moving vehicles. I DO NOT suggest this for High Speed vehicles. Mis-use of any RC Product can cause harm, so please be a responsible RC'r!
Enjoy my friends! .
