Bess, an adorable terrier puppy was found on the street with 80 percent of her body covered in a horrible chemical burn that may have been done intentionally. The Lange Foundation rescued her and got her the proper treatment. Bess found a forever home with Jeffrey, who was looking for a new dog after he tragically lost three of his.
