Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
These are a few of the cues I use that work for me. These will all be mentioned in the upcoming free eBook, CampbellPRS, that will be included with the 12 week training cycle in spreadsheet form.
My best advice is to mess around with your own squats to find what's best for you and don't stress if it's not what some might call "conventional." If you can move weight safely and efficiently, that should be all that matters.
