When I started using LiPo batteries I bought a ceramic jar someone was selling that is supposed to help prevent you from burning down your house. It directs the flames if you have a lipo fire. But it doesn’t do anything about the smoke. Not burning down my house is great. But if I have a whole bunch of smoke damage I will no longer be allowed to charge in the house at all. So, enter the BAT-SAFE. It’s a double wall fireproof box with venting holes that should filter out the worse of the smoke. I hope to never find out if it works.
