In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew talks to Alex Premo of Chinese drone manufacturer Wingsland about three separate products the company already has for sale or is about to release: the Minivet, the M5 and the K3. The Minivet, available now, is a conventional quadcopter design with a 1080p HD video camera mounted on a three-axis gimbal. It features an integrated analog video transmission system for real-time First-Person View (FPV) flying with the included screen. The M5 is a compact quadcopter with a top-mounted battery, a fixed, front-facing camera and an optical flow sensor system for low altitude position hold. The K3 is also a quad, but features a distinctive over-under rotor configuration. It carries a 4K video camera on a three-axis gimbal and its radio, which it shares in common with the M5, features an integrated LED screen for aircraft telemetry and other functions.
