Ingredients:
2 Lbs (907g) Zucchini
1/2 Cup Whey (Kashk)
1 Tomato
1 Onion
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Turmeric, Ground Chili Pepper, Salt
Dried Mint
Preparations:
1- Dice the onion.
2- Dice the zucchinis (keep few of zucchinis for the next steps).
3- Cut the remaining zucchinis lengthwise and spoon out the seeds creating a channel.
4- Skin the tomato, clean out the seeds and dice.
