The Syma X5C / X5C-1 has no problems flying in the wind. It's also one of the best quadcopters for a beginner flier. And for those of you wondering about the antenna I actually removed the antenna and installed a shielded coax cable with female-nut SMA connector. Total parts cost about $6.
This guy uses a WiFi router antenna, but just cut the sma cable in half to instead use the above connector with the antenna.
