Aussie Drone Rules Change (but CASA gets it right again)

CASA in Australia has made a few small changes to the rules which affect some (but not all) drone and RC model fliers in that country. Once again, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority in that country has shown that they're pretty pragmatic and I think the changes are a good balance between appeasing the whingers, responding to political pressure and preserving the rights of the drone/model flier.
