Sky HD01 is an All in One HD Sports Action camera with built in Video Transmitter which turns it in an FPV camera at the same time. You can record Full HD 1080P 30 Frames per second video and at the same time transmit it down to your LCD or video Goggles using Video Receivers.
Sky HD01 has built in 400mw 5.8ghz 32 Channel Video Transmitter for Live video transmission from Camera. It has about 0.1 second delay which will make flying a FPV Racing Quadcopter difficult but this delay is ok for flying GPS based quadcopters or GPS based fixed wing FPV Planes using this all in one camera system.
Sky HD01 shoots mediocre quality videos and pictures. Do not expect a very high quality HD videos and high resolution pictures. To be honest, video and picture quality and camera performance is a bit disappointing. Camera adjusts to light conditions very slowly.
All in all, it’s a good camera system that can make your life easier by sending live video from your multirotor and recording videos at the same time. No need to install separate cameras or video transmitters. But for its price, it’s a bit expensive for such average quality videos and pictures and disappointing camera performance.
