This is a Fake, all audio you hear is taken from the original recording by Anika Nilles, but what’s it all about? This is some background information:
Every now and then I get comments like „you are not actually playing, you're only pretending and what we hear is the original audio of the song“.
Hm, interesting… I thought this is actually a pretty tough challenge (not really playing but only pretending) and I decided to have a go. It shouldn’t be too easy, so I chose a track by the fabulous Anika Nilles who is considered one of todays most impressive modern drummers. Why her? Well, Anika Nilles is a female drummer from Germany, just like me, so her track ‚Alter Ego‘ was an obvious choice for me.
