In this episode, the Roswell Flight Test Crew speaks with Merlin Love – yes, that's his real name – about PowerVision's line up of products for 2017, beginning with the PowerEgg: a full-featured aerial video drone with a distinctive design. The PowerEgg can be controlled either by means of a conventional, two-stick controller or the Maestro – a one-handed WiiMote-style device that interprets the pilot's hand movements to guide the aircraft. The PowerEgg will sell for $1,288 and is expected to begin shipping in February 2017. In addition to the PowerEgg, PowerVision showed off the PowerBee – an aerial light show system built around a swarm of quadcopters – as well as the PowerEye: an aerial cinematography drone with a Micro Four-Thirds camera mounted on a three-axis gimbal and interchangeable lenses. Finally, it debuted the PowerRay, a tethered, underwater robot.
