OFM650S V2 is another milestone in Quadcopter and aerial filming industry. This is based on same successful design of XAircraft X650 V4 but this time specially designed to carry Compact DSLR Cameras in mind. OFM650S V2 now offers upto 750mm and 880mm (with 12inch Props mounted) diameter when flying using the new Longer and tougher metal motor mounts. Not only these mounts add extra length to each arm but also provide ample space for bigger ESCs mounting, plus act as Cooling fin at the same time due to their metal construction.
With larger motor to motor distance, AliShanMao was able to put in his trusted and proven 6S lipo Power combo that can spin propellers from 12inches upto 14inches, to suite all sort of payload and flight efficiency requirements.
All new central frame design offers stronger frame and plenty more space to mount electronics.
The new 13inch bent tips CF Propellers run quiet and add extra stability and flight efficiency as well.
All in all, OFM650S V2 is bigger, better and more powerful than ever. It's now a perfect professional aerial filming platform ready to take your Compact DSLR cameras in the air with a smile.
We have now released the OFM650S V2 (standard Version) with DJI Naza M GPS V2 system and Futaba 14SG radio. We will be releasing the Professional V2 version soon with DJI Wookong M GPS System. Enjoy this Test flight video. This is the maiden flight video and maiden Aerial Film shot using GoPro on board traditional dual axis gimbal and a brushless gimbal.
