This is a comparison video between the TS832 600mw TX vs the TS58500 500mw Mini TX from SkyZone. This looks to be one amazing little package and this video shows it is comparable to some of the bigger TX's out there. The flight test used to almost identical Mini Quadcopters flying almost exactly the same path out and back.
So in my humble opinion I would go for the Mini if footprint is important and it isn't then the bigger 600mw it ideal because channel selection is easier!
