Some might say that $380 is a lot of money for something so small but I say the BlackOut Mini H Quad delivers far more than $380 worth of fun.
It's not often I give such an effusively positive review - but this is one of those occasions. I'd rate this product 14.5 out of 10 :-)
Superbly designed and engineered, the quad is uber-tough and flies like a dream. No more stooging about with a DJI flame-wheel knock-off for me!
Con's:
- perhaps the price but if you *can* afford it you likely won't regret it.
- getting your hands on one
Pro's:
- Fun!
- Super strong
- Super easy to fly
- Fantastic design/engineering
- An Australian product
As flown, this BlackOut mini H quad has:
- the Blackout ARF package
- Boscam 200mW 5.8GHz video transmitter
- Naze32 flight controller
- FrSky D4R-II receiver
- Gemfan 5x3 props
- Turnigy Nanotech 3S 1400 or 1500 35C or 40C battery
- home-made cloverleaf antenna on semi-rigid coax
- Mobius HD recording camera
This product was sent for review by BlackOut but if I'd flown someone else's first -- I'd have bought one for myself straight away.
