Click to Subscribe! ► - Racing Starts at 4:55 - Four friends head out in a Yamaha Twin Jet-powered Speed Boat to give full throttle to a couple of high performance radio controlled prop boats. I also use my quad-copter to capture some really great aerial video footage to help immerse you in our experience. The RC boats are are Gas Powered with an electronic "brain". This is our second run on the Rockstars, and the engines are still a little new. By mid film - these boats transform into speedy demons. Unleashing the power of these boats is fantastic! I wrote all the specs below in this post for anyone who is interested. We paid about 1350$ Canadian for each of these Rockstars, and they are completely stock.
This is not only a video about the boats.. but also a memory of a great day out on the lake, and we wanted to share it with the viewers!
A special thanks to my friends for helping make this video possible. Aaron is the boat owner and fellow RC addict! Without him, we would not have this awesome experience to share with you! Shawn was able to pilot my boat and be shift videographer! thank you Shawn! And Everett of course, who is always risking his RC's to put on a good show! He is the other Rockstar Owner and Driver.
Here is the original video of our dual unboxing and test runs of the Rockstar 48":
We all hope you enjoy the show, and we have earned your subscription!
To avoid a lot of typing for me in the future.. I have provided some information from the manufacturers website for the viewers.
