In this video I explain about the error 'Waiting for MAVLink heartbeat' that a number of subscribers are getting when trying to setup and use a MinimOSD with their flight controller (Naze32, Flip32, SP3, Multiwii) without flashing the board with a version of the firmware that understand how to 'hear' the telemetry protocol from them.
