2 Russet Potatoes (8 oz)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Bunch Parsley (1 oz / 28g)
1 Egg
Salt, Ground White Pepper, Black Caraway Seeds

Preparations:
1- Cook the potatoes and peel the skin.
2- Mince the parsley.
