After Apple announced all of its big software updates for the year at WWDC, it made clear that the first public beta versions would go live sometime in July. Whoops! Never mind. The company just pulled a fast one and released them today, and the brave (or reckless, depending on who you ask) among you can load them onto your Apple devices right now. Of the three beta builds now available, I'd argue iOS 13 is the most important. In case Apple's two-plus hour keynote didn't make it clear, there's a /lot/ happening here, especially compared to last year's iOS 12, which mostly just focused on performance improvements.
