Lean Gains: /
In this video we cover some of the simple facts on Intermittent Fasting (IF) and go over a few pros and cons. There are many different styles of intermittent fasting, the most common being the Lean Gains approach popularized by Martin Berkham which has a fasting window of 16 hours and a feeding window of 8 hours. My best advice is to try it out and see if it fits well into your lifestyle and schedue!
