In this video, we go through a complete arm workout (biceps and triceps) with just using cables. This is a great workout if you have limited equipment or if you're in a hotel gym and really want to get a solid pump. You can incorporate supersets and dropsets if you are short on time, and this is an effective way to hit all heads of both the triceps and biceps.
Here is the full workout:
*All exercises were performed back to back with minimal rest and at 4 sets of 12-15 reps
Cable Curl (Straight Bar)
Tricep Press Down (Straight Bar)
Rope Hammer Curl
Overhead Rope Extension
Bayesian Curl
Single Arm Tricep Pressdown (Dropset)
Behind Head Single Arm Cable Curl
Close Grip Pushups
-- If you want you can throw in a pushup AMRAP set at the end.
