Starting with breakfast at our lovely Hotel Hollanderhof, the best place to stay in Heidelberg, we take another walk and visit the Kurpfalzisches Museum, a fine collection of sculpture, paintings, furnishings and archaeology, right in the middle of town, complete with café in a garden setting. The university cafeteria is a good spot for an inexpensive, tasty meal, with a chance to meet some young folks. The main town square is always full of activity, its chairs and tables occupied with diners and drinkers.
