Wrist and Forearm Pain While Curling?
When performing bicep curls many people may experience a pain either in their wrist, forearm or both. The pain usually radiates up the forearm and there are many different reasons for this which we will cover in this video. The one thing you DO NOT want to do is try and fight through the pain you are experiencing. There is no harm in taking a few days, a week or even two weeks away from the movement to allow for recovery. Trying to work through the pain can lead to further injury and more complications down the road. Train smarter not just harder!
