A new trailer from Marvel’s Iron Fist was released at New York Comic Con, giving fans a look at the new superhero to join the Marvel Netflix world of Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones. Fans of the Iron Fist comics know how awesome it is to see him get his own show, but others are asking: “Who is Iron Fist”? Kyle Vorbach is here to explain Iron Fist’s origins in the Heroes for Hire series with Luke Cage, and Danny Rand's backstory learning kung fu in the legendary city of K’un Lun and facing off against threats like The Hand, Harold Meachum and his family, Crane Mother, Zhou Cheng, and Steel Serpent. Kyle also breaks down all the missable details, like Iron Fist’s costume, Colleen Wing’s possible connection to the Bride of Nine Spiders, a key revenge storyline the show might be pulling from the comics, and how the show might set up for the upcoming Defenders team-up series.
