The Awesome F200 comes in two versions. The Standard version reviewed here, and the High-End version. There are a few differences between the two, the high end comes with a Runcam Swift 2 so you get OSD, which is a really big deal. Also you get better motors and better ESCs. For $150 the Standard version is priced really nicely. The carbon seems nicely done, the blades are super durable. But there are a couple of issues, no OSD means this was probably designed right before the Betaflight OSD became widely available. We won’t see many drones going forward without OSD. And the lens it comes with is just far to narrow. This drone wants a high camera angle, but the lens makes that very difficult. Also the stock pids aren’t great, but that is easily remedied. The next video will go into a full setup and tuning because I really do like this quad, it just needs a bit of work.
