The Game of Thrones Season 6 Premiere, "The Red Woman," 601, gets an ANALYSIS & BREAKDOWN. Yes, we talk about Melisandre aka The Red Woman and how she's a freaking old woman. Like a super old naked lady taking an old red woman nap. But this GoT ep 1 also had a complete destruction / coup of DORNE. Dorne and Prince Doran got ravaged, and so did Trystanne, but that's not in the books. In fact, there's lots of Game of Thrones book differences that we go over in this one. Ellaria is VERY different, though unfortunately Oberyn is the same :-(.
And poor Jon Snow, we all wanted to know did Jon Snow get resurrected by the lord of light / the Red Woman, and is he Azor Azai?
If you are also curious about the continuity errors (the red woman/red lady in the bath tub without the necklace, or the sand snakes being on the boat, and how that works) I definitely go into them and I think I present some good explanations.
