Review & Flight test of the new Syma X8SW FPV & Althold Quad.

I'd recommend the X8HW instead for $84.80 with RC18OFF code
-I do not advise using the auto land feature for this Quadcopter!!
PROS:
-overall stable flyer
-holds altitude very well
-rather sporty in highest rate
-good flight time of ~9-10mins
-great new design features (quick remove legs, props, prop guards)
-power button on top
-auto takeoff works very well
-records videos/pics directly to included 4GB SDcard
-controller is comfortable and works nicely with a very nice FPV phone holder
-Wi-Fi FPV works well with minimal lag, "Syma Go" app is nice
CONS:
-auto landings are erratic and usually very rough
-it tried to land once for no reason (no LVC)
-also killed motors once when I hit auto land and fell to ground
-controller lacks traditional trims buttons
-over 250g, requires FAA registration number
-video didn't record despite the LED's flashing but did when they were solid.
